any1 anwsers? i tried other torrent download my upload speed is capped at 40 kB the max can't get higher than that, am i being throttled? i also phone shaw to ask if its because i am over the limit and they said no i am not over my limit and my line is good, i tried to play around the utorrent according to their forums, still no luck  need help badly i don't want to cancell this because i used to get upload speed around 92kB/s and i wanna have the same thing again |
