Fios has been in my area for about 2 months(my address doesn't qualify yet =/) and Time Warner still hasn't upgraded our speeds to 15/2. My friend who lives in the Fios area still gets 10/1, but he is going to switch over soon. I thought Time Warner upgrades where Fios gets deployed??? |

| I had to call last night to reinstate my service and I asked the lady if I could test docsis 3.0 and she had no idea what I was talking about. I told her it was for new speeds that would be coming out soon and she said she would check on it. A couple minutes later and she came back and told me that new speeds she be going live on the 13th or 14th and the download would go to 20Mb but she did not have any info on upload speeds. She said she was not able to find anything on docsis 3.0 and said the only thing she new about docsis is that it is a program they can use to test a customer speed, then told me that I was getting 10Mb/1Mb like I should be getting. |
