Yep...Comcrap is beginning to cap usage levels... I'd suggest you stay with RCN... at least for now. In fact, apparently, Comcast has always has a "clause" on each bill! Well now they're going to make good on it.

I haven't looked at the forums yet, but my guess is Comcast is getting a new butt hole reamed.

I just hope they don't start an industry policy!
