It was most likely a frustrated customer that made threats and that is it. I doubt a tech would make a false police report just to avoid fixing a problem.

| Well, mostly I was being facetious to offset the obviously one-sided post concerning a "news" item that had no more substance than he-said/she-said. Of course, all techs are wonderful, competent fellows and ladies... even the ones who go around killing and otherwise attacking customers and their property (Comcast anyone?).
I doubt everything. |
