I also carry a laptop and a small TV in my truck just for these purposes. So I can show you it's your equipment that's causing a problem.<br><br>I have no doubt this lady made threats. Some people just FREAK out. Several years ago one of my coworkers had to call dispatch (without the customer knowing, just dialed the number and left it on) and he was lucky she could hear the customer yelling so she sent the cops over.]]></description>

The customer's computer could get messed up later and the customer could blame the ISP.  Even if the ISP wasn't really to blame, the ISP could get bad PR and possibly even sued over the issue.
