Raleigh, NC | Another call issue with Quantum Voice We use our phone very little. Mostly for critical work conference calls to toll free numbers.
It MUST work and work well when I need it.
Today I go to call in, I get a dial tone, dial the number. I get a fast busy. What does that mean?
I rehook up by Vonage phone adapter and it is able to successfully make the call. I switch back to Quantum Voice, still get a fast busy.
I had to use Vonage for the call. After the call I tried Quantum Voice and it was able to make the call then. I didn't need it then.
Any idea what happened? |
