<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/377570"><b>hawk82</b></A> : AFAIK, those SciAtl modems are locked. Don't ya just love that? Other modems such as the Motorola Surfboards and the Ambits are not locked AFAIK, so you can view most signals and other diagnostic information. BTW, the upstream power level is a little (not critical however) on the high side. If you have issues with dropped connections, you may want to contact TWC Tech Support.]]></description>
