[General] PAP2v1 vs ENUM

If your Linksys PAP2v1 is configured to an asterisk PBX system, then it is just a matter to configure your asterisk PBX system for your PAP2v1 to dial through ENUM server. However, if your PAP2v1 is configured directly to a VoSP, I believe this may not be possible unless there is a way to craft a dial-plan string to access ENUM server. Has anyone tried this?

You can do something like this:

The only thing is that if you want to call ENum or a SipBroker destination, it won't be automatic, you'll have to force it by dialing # up front...

It may help in some cases to have Answer and Receive Call without registration set to yes as well...

Thanks and that's what I have been using through SIPBroker. I am rather interested in programming a dial-plan string on an SPA device to do ENUM lookups directly through all ENUM servers. I guess that isn't possible.
