Today I got a lady who was extremely rude and almost screamed at me telling me it is impossible, when I know for a fact that it is very common with CenturyTel and when I had Comcast in Quincy, IL it showed my companyname-Comcast as the IP holder.

They also have yet to change it so that my IP shows it is in Columbia, not somewhere else...

Is there anyone who can fix this?
