Supposedly the offending TOS section was just copy/pasted from other Google services. It wasn't that Google was snooping through your cache, rather they were just sloppy with their legalese.

1 edit		 So, has anyone sniffed chrome to see if it is actually forwarding your internet cache to Google Corp? Why else would they make such a broad TOS statement if some form of tracking was not going on?
