Re: Taking the step to change internet providers, and need help. Your best bet would be to make sure that your FastAccess DSL Direct runs as expected and is stable before dropping Charter.
It would also be in your best interest to promptly pay your bill to Charter. You don't want to get a reputation as a "Deadbeat".
First you will have to create your FastAccess DSL account.
You will do this by using the CD or the online method.
