Isn't there a such thing as an unconscionable contract? Whereas a contract can legally be deemed void if a court reads the thing and realizes that's it so one-sided as to be ridiculous? The original wording makes it nearly parody.
A Washington State judge ruled AT&T's contract unconscionable,
saying that it went against several State consumer protection statutes.

One sided agreements such as this are practically
unenforceable, and when challenged in court like AT&T's
was, they usually fail entirely.
