1 edit | Grandstream HT-502 7+10+11 Digit Dial Plan?
Does anyone know whether it's possible to configure a Grandstream HandyTone HT-502 for 7, 10 and 11 digit dialing? I can configure it for either 7 & 11 or 10 & 11 digit dialing, but cannot get all three to work and didn't know if I was missing something.
Thanks, Jason |

1 edit | As far as I know, 7 & 10 digit dialing in the dialplan cannot co-exist with the current firmware. Of course, it doesn't really matter too much. Any dialed string that does not match the dialplan is sent out 4 seconds after the last key press. I just put entries for 10 digit dialing and tell users that the number they dial will connect faster if they use 10 digit dialing. |

1 edit | reply to bakerj What dial plan are you using??
Also, I am attaching as a document a dial plan that perhaps may work. Replace the "617" with your local area code.
Good luck. |

said by PX Eliezer :What dial plan are you using? After failing to get 7+10+11 digit dialing working originally, I settled on: which is 10 + 11 digit dialing, although I've also used: which is 7 + 11 digit dialing.
Thanks so much for your suggestion, although sadly I get the same result that I had before; I can either get 7 or 10 digit dialing to work but not both. When I put your suggestion into the dial plan, 7 + 11 works but CallCentric gives me a busy signal when I attempt 10 digit dialing. Perhaps ChuckIL9 is right and 7 & 10 digit dialing cannot co-exist with the current firmware, but I figured I'd ask around before giving up again.
