My IP keeps changing, (DHCP obtain automatic) Modem is connected direct to computer.
Disconnects when it's trying to renew address, any ideas? | |

| Re: IP Address It's a Westell 6100F, every night at 8:45pm it disconnects can be a couple of minutes, or up to an hour. Usually comes back on with a different IP.
Had a tech here last week, for disconnects and slow speed, but the problem was at the DSLAM. Now the modem stays connected all the time, except at 8:45pm. | |

united state | Re: IP Address My stats are on here in diff places, suffice to say margin is 6 and attenuation is 68.
I don't get the full 1500 I should get, but it's ok as long as I stay connected which it does, apart from at 8:45pm. | |
