The Cisco submission was nothing more than shameless promotion of their network management equipment and this never should have been allowed by the CRTC. I have been having phone problems this week. Because Bell is out my internet has been wonky too! I've had two Bell technicians around. The last guy was really good. (I will protect his identity.) He stated that three of the new condo towers going up at Yonge & Finch in Toronto have the new IPTV service. The users of this service are seeing 25 Mbps service on their connections.

only update that can be seen is that CIPPIC, PIAC and the Quebec Consumer Union want Bell and ONLY Bell to pay all legal costs that are climbing daily (last read it was at or near 45K), excluding CAIP (CAIP's Bill scares me).

Bell fired back that the costs should be shared by the those who have the biggest stake (ie Bell and CAIP). Yet we know the SOLE stake holder who wants this is Bell.
