I've had two Bell technicians around.  The last guy was really good.  (I will protect his identity.)  He stated that three of the new condo towers going up at Yonge & Finch in Toronto have the new IPTV service.  The users of this service are seeing 25 Mbps service on their connections.<br><br>So the service has been launched and is in the early testing mode.]]></description>
