I did all the steps and everything came back clean. I also deleted temp files, cookies, etc. |

|  When I went to a website (My Space), two alerts came up from Avira. I cannot find the path on my computer for these files, but I wanted to know if this is going to be an issue, and what steps I now need to take. I immediately put them in quarantine.
The following information is what came up:
Detection: Contains recognition pattern of the HTML/Crypted.Gen HTML script virus
Source: C:\Users\Barry\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Low\Content.IE5\BT631SJ2\a@x15[1].htm
Both alerts that came at the same time are for the exact source, which is above. Also, is it safe to remove these files from quarantine?
Any help and input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much in advance. |
