go there and create an account if you dont have one. i think it's a forums account which may not be linked to your steam id at all. havent been there in a while.

then email tech support. the few issues ive had with steam that werent resolvable on google ive emailed them and heard back within 24 business hours. ive even gotten responses from robin.

Go into your controll panel and click on Firewall Icon . Check to see if it is allowed . I had to remove it from the list and then reallow it . Steam Issues on WIndows Vista--Any ideas on solving this issue, it loads up, then it's blank on Create New Account or Login to an existing account page--yes i uninstalled via add remove progrrams, cleaned registry, restarted, removed Norton Internet Security 2008, and still haven't got anywhere with it.

PC SPecs are
AMD Athlon 64 2.21
4gbs of ram
Nvidia 8600GT Video card PCI Express
Creative Soundblaster X-Fi Gamer Sound card
Windows Vista Home Premium 32bit

Upgraded to Vista recently, clean install, well over the top of Vista after the first install. Please don't tell me i have to go thru the trouble of going back to XP Home to fix this, that is a pain in the rear, and takes forever to do
