| Re: So what has improved so far at Bell? Bell Internet No longer require contracts to Bundle. Free 2Wire with all service levels. Waived Activation Fee for the past 3-4 months. Saturdays are now eligible for activation dates. 2 business day turn around time for activations if ordered before 3pm. [Now includes wholesale dial tone providers]. Free 1GB USB Keys on activations performed in-store.
Bell HomePhone Waived Activation Fee when bundling. All HomePhone Service packages are eligible to be bundled, even the HomePhone Lite package [Just dial tone]. Secondary lines are down to $9.95 HomePhone Choice is a better deal than adding features a la carte.
Bell TV Free 6141 HD Receiver or 5900 SD Receiver for first 12 months and then 50% off per month for as long as the account stays active if bundled with other services. There are free HD channels now. People who own receivers compared to renting are eligible for bundle discounts. Nimiq2 Upgrade Program that gives free installation to N2 setups for existing customers.
Bell Mobile Existing customers get better hardware pricing, plans, and discounts if they have less than 12 months remaining in their contract. Existing customers can pickup Blackberries/WinCrap Devices mid-contract for peanuts. Pushing All-in-one plans that don't have SAF or e911 charges.
A $59.95 install fee can get all 3 services activated next day if order is completed by 3pm....like paying a premium for overnight shipping.
From an employee perspective it seems that Bell is concentrating more on existing customers and giving them better deals and promotions since the end of Q2 2008. Also, they seem to be providing more bonuses/incentives for their Canadian-based outsourced divisions. -- My employer is in no way responsible for my views/suggestions/posts made in this forum.

I don't see better service offerings unless you bitch to kevin crull
I don't see better mobile when Bell wants you to pay for spam (unless you bundle and pay for other services)
I won't shoot down each point on you and disillusion you... you're a good guy, I like you and respect what you do.
But I don't see Better, and i'm seriously not being a troll here BryceS.
I'm on an honest hunt here for whats better as advertized by Bell.
But if you want me to I will...
As for your last comment, yeah Bell BETTER be concentrating on their current customers cuz they are leaving in droves! Look at their Q finals.

| Re: So what has improved so far at Bell? Through Customer Service or if you qualify for any corporate discount.
Being a apart of the CAA or CostCo can get you on these plans. -- My employer is in no way responsible for my views/suggestions/posts made in this forum.

Unless I see prices returned to $29.95 per month Unlimited, no spying, full privacy returned, DPI and any intrusion like schemes totally removed, customer service improved to 1 call and all problems fixed, comprehensive Canadian support, no more double billing and or manipulating customers, no billing wrong persons, newsgroups and other services returned, no throttling what-so-ever, copper fixed all the way to modem, all customers reimbursed for past situations and massive other problems fixed ... then Bell is just another RIP-OFF.
I'm still trying to resolve being charged over $700 bucks for 3 month Unlimited free trial. So I'm charging Bell for every minute I've wasted on this at my usual corp rate of $300 per hr and or any other related expenses. Even time wasted on here.
Take notice Deadpool, I have a special section on this just for you and other Bell techies.
I definitely agree with ROCKY, sbrook, CanadianIron, munky99999 and Bell_Abused -- Please engage eyeballs and retain functional brain before operating fingers.
