Its not better. 99% of the spewed crap you mentioned says "if bundled"... Also they increased prices across the board this past year and lowered service levels (ie 60-gigs, throttle, throttle bugs the worm their way out of, outsourced unintelligible support etc)

All you mentioned were your scripted bell world stuff to lure customers.

but has ANYTHING improved? IS anything BETTER?
