I think you'll find what he means is in terms of the actual service and customer service.
For example turning off throttling ... reducing etfs, eliminating etfs, or at least make them proportional to the early termination ... stopping the lying ... getting support you can actually trust to do something instead of saying "yes sir" and nothing happens.
All very well improving the sales of the products ... the products and their support have to get better |
