I verified and Web intercept is already disabled on the modem.  it is a speed touch 516 that I bought from Microbytes not Teksavvy.  Is there anything else I can check to see why my uploads are so slow or should I ask Teksavvy to veriy my line to see if there is something that coould be doen for my issues on their end?]]></description>
