The D/L is fast at first but then quickly falls off.. I still need to do more tests to find out how much. Temporary download speed increase to satisfy the majority of users (i.e. non power users) while not having to implement major infrastructure changes.<br><br>One important point to remember: It's free!<br><br>FWIW, I do see a difference in download speeds. But then again, my demands are not the same as the top tier power users.]]></description>

Even large files at multiple gigs in size being able to pound out the first minute or two of a download at those speeds helps out tremendously.
