Thank you Louie Mueller!

I had the pleasure of visiting Louie Mueller's BBQ while working on a project in the Taylor area. I'm not a true BBQ junkie like some of the Texan people but I do recognize a good food joint when I walk into one.

For anyone visiting the Austin/Round Rock area it's a drive worth taking to get some brisket at Louie Muellers!

and be prepared to wait 45 minutes in line on Saturday before noon! I highly recommmend it along with their slaw. Don't bother with the bbq sauce...kinda disgusting and you don't even need it.

Re: Thank you Louie Mueller!

Tell me about it...I went there on a Friday afternoon at 11:15 thinking I'll beat the lunch crowd before running over to the airport 2 Fridays ago. No dice! Line out the door already...I was very disappointed.
