Hmmm...

So, all Comcast has ever really had to do to be seen as "compliant" is to provide some method of feedback to let customers know where they stand with their usage... like a ranking somewhere on your account pages (updated daily), or, now, by providing some kind of meter to let you know how much (they say) you've used.

And, yet, they can't even do that. "What we have here... is a failure to communicate."

If Comcast could single-out the top 1k, they obviously have usage stats for their entire customer base. If does make you wonder why they won't share the information.

Sharing would negate the whole double-secret probation concept they've got going.

The reason still refuses to share this information is because they know they have a problem. They have oversold their network BEYOND capacity AND are offering way beyond what they simply are having a hard time supporting.
This is only the beginning. For those of you that didn't think that former angry subscribers won't see their day in court: CLASS-ACTION anyone?

Hey Comcast, instead of spending all of this money on lawyers, UPGRADE YOUR EQUIPMENT.
