How about this as stupid I wrote to the contact us section about comments and concerns on Comcast.com, regarding the 250gb caps implementation. Whomever got the message, forwarded it to the local co. in my hometown. I actually got a call from the supervisory techs in my hometown, asking why they got this memo about 250gb caps forwarded to their office. The local folks were nice, but they didn't understand why they got that kind of message. Like the local techs have ANYTHING to do with those caps? How ignorant. Comcast is there for the customer all right...not.
