Only 2? I got 6 last month (5 for Long distance). Makes it somewhat difficult to keep track of what you actually owe. But I called in and was told that it will hopefully be fixed for next month. I have to say that I have 2 DSL accounts and 2 Phone lines in 2 different cities :)

Rocky: a little off topic but one thing that would be nice is to list the out going Long Distance numbers that were called, would help for tracking phone use in the house.

If you get duplicates it would be a glitch... In some cases people have multiple services and email addys and we've tried to program so that it doesn't duplicate but humans programed it, so thinking of all the angles are a work in progress.

I actually need an invoice every month and am glad it's automated finally (had to request it every month until now).

It would look better (on screen & in print) if it was a vector graphic, and the PDF file size would be smaller. Not that it's large at 45KB, but sending out tens of thousands invoices can add up.
