Re: [General] I may be going back to AT&T The one thing you are not considering which will help you to know in advance who is better, your DSL internet provider(in my case at&t/bellsouth)or your High Speed cable internet provider,(charter cable)is to walk around your neighborhood and ask your neighbors who they have, and if they are happy with their service.
In my neighborhood I have recieved 95% positive feedbacks for AT&T/Bellsouth and 95% negative feedbacks for Charter internet. After doing that, it looked to me that I was certainly not the only unhappy Charter internet customer. |
