 | Bandwidth usage available for unlimited? I'm on one of the old unlimited plans and with the $5 increase coming I wanted to check my monthly bandwidth usage. I can log into My Bell and view my profile, but my service type is listed as "undefined" and when I check my internet usage the page responds with "Access to this service is momentarily unavailable. Please try again in a few minutes." However I know the service is working fine since I can look up the usage on my mother's account. I remember seeing my usage years ago when the bandwidth monitor was first added to the Bell web site, but it refuses to work on my grandfathered unlimited account. Any one else on unlimited able to see their usage stats? |

 | I checked the usage history of my unlimited plan earlier this week and it worked.

If you are on the old unlimited plan your service should be reported as "unlimited", hopefully they have not tricked / deceived / lied to you and stuck you into a different plan. -- ...A bitter ray of sunshine |

Called them ( landline) and got my usage for august, used 120 gig and asked if I had a cap, she said no, WHEW . |

As long as "undefined" means no cap that will suffice for now, but there's no reason for the bandwidth monitor to stop working.
Add to that "My Internet service" on the My Bell page has an urgent message stating that my credit card is about to expire and I need to update it to avoid possible service interruption. I stopped automatic billing on that card back in 2002 when we switch to One Bill! Under their current accounting system, with One Bill your internet usage gets billed out at $0 on your internet account and the charges get applied to your phone bill. I already have visions of my internet service getting canceled because of the expired credit card even though the phone bill is always paid on time. |
