One in front of the laundromat on Stelton Road near the intersection with Lakeview and one in front of the Stop and Shop on Stelton Road.  I haven't typed in my credentials to try them out yet as I didn't fully trust them-- the OOL website still doesn't list them.  I'm sure they are legit, but i want to be cautious.]]></description>

Maybe the maps are updated but the AP's aren't on yet, but that maybe a good indication of how close you really need to be to access it. ]]></description>

It seems as if they are concentrating deployment on more densely populated area and business centers.  Also mass transit facilities seem to be getting some Wifi love too.  Unless you go to light poles, etc. I don't know how you manage to cover an urban center like downtown White Plains or Stamford.<br><br>I live in a residential area with underground utilities.  I don't hold out a lot of hope that they ever put anything in my neighborhood.  Sticking access points in the pedestals and Alpha boxes won't get them very much coverage.  They have done the area around the schools and business districts nearby, however.]]></description>

So it seems this would be the first step... get the infrastructure built... then figure out how to transmit large amounts of video.  I would assume they would be doing some kind of multicasting to accomplish that... but it would be neat to not have to worry about signal levels and bad splitters anymore.]]></description>

The only issue I see is that there will be no coverage in NYC, where many CV customers work. I don't think they are doing my area with WIFI because I am on the county border that OOL does not service. <description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/410467"><b>KeithF40</b></A> : I just saw the commercial and checked out the map, probably end up doing some war driving tomorrow.<br><br>Anyway how does this work, it seems that the coverage map is like a spotted dog, coverage here, not for a few blocks, then coverage again, I live in Valley Stream.]]></description>
