Re: Tired of this Well the problem is that so much of this crap is buried in 20 pages of legalese. I mean even if they did read it, you wouldn't understand but 1/10th of what it says. Companies know what they are doing full and well. If this family did call to ask, I BLAME ATT. Now if they are full of hot air and didn't call, it's their own damn fault. I mean their customer support is there to answer your questions. Not everyone understands everything, especially these complicated contracts. |
