sooner rather than later the shit will hit the fan in qwest territory... regulators will be sick and tired of excuses why qwest is at the bottom of the barrel in updating it's broadband internet services. other providers will eventually gain a foot in the door to qwest' most profitable markets and rights of way will be granted. it is just a matter of time now.. fight it all you want qwest, competition IS coming.
