Plenty of FREE LEGAL WIFI with no strings attached offered up here in Canada, but I'm sure that one American is too inept to figure that out. Many business where people congregate offer free wifi here in Canada, including the most obvious which is hotels and motels.
P.S. I AM CANADIAN, and I know every states name and where it is , and even some state capitals. How many Americans can do that? I suspect definately not the majority.....

In Canada internet and free are two polar opposites. Internet service in Canada in due time will be the highest in the entire world and all Canadians will be using satellite internet from America.
