If you read the article, it talks about "wholesale a la carte", forcing cable channels to stop bundling of their channels to distributors, i.e., about allowing Comcast to buy just ESPN without getting forced to get ESPN8 as part of the bargain. |

But to do that Martin has to regulate Hollywood studios. And I don't think he has or will get the backing to do that.
