| [speed/latency] upload speed 25 mbps
Have Verizon dsl 768/128 plan. About two weeks ago, my connection speed suddenly dropped. I've done many speed tests. The download speed usually comes out reasonable (600-680 mbps) but the upload speed is never greater than 25 mbps and sometimes as low as 6 mbps. The connection is all but unusable. Line check test didn't reveal any problem.

| You probably mean Kbps, not mbps, since that sure as hell isn't possible.
Next, could you directly connect the modem to your computer and post up your line stats from:
»192.168.1.1/transtat.htm
Finally, please post a link to a line quality test:
»/linequality
(I know you said that you've already done LQT's, but there still might be something we can tell from those tests. Also, try testing the speeds at different times of the day/night, and see if there's a pattern. Do the same for the LQT's. Perform an LQT @ diff. times of the day, and post the appropriate links.)
