<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/129458"><b>KrK</b></A> : I'd would be interesting to see the math behind how the Tivo lawyers figured the sum of $220 million in damages occurred while the verdict has been on appeal... especially since the Tivo lawyers even admitted that Dish changed their software to avoid infringing apon the patent....  so if the patent has NOT been infringed apon during this time, I wonder how they can claim damages.<br><br>My guess is they simply make them up.... with woulda, coulda, shoulda type arguments.]]></description>
