 Anon | ReliaNet Concerns I have been using ReliaNet for approximately 8 months, and everything has been fine. When DSL accounts became available, I called them and preordered the service, with the expected install date of 5/24. 5/24 passed with no word on DSL service. We started calling them on 5/26 and left a message with the secretary for a call back just about information about the DSL lines. They said they would have New Edge set it up on 6/20. 6/20 passes with no information. Call back messages continued, no info. Finally got a hold of someone who could help us, and they said New Edge set up the lines 6/20. No router/bridge, no service, and then a week later after numerous calls, they say they weren't able to install DSL on our lines for no apparant reason.
They blamed both New Edge and US West, no blame on them for the long wait. |
