| [speed/latency] Slow DSL?
Dear Verizon DSL- I use my home network to help me connect to my work site via VPN. I have observed significant problems with access to my Outlook account with my employer. The employer has looked at my broadband capability and has decided that it less than what I should expect. They clocked me at 701kb upload and 119 download using dslreports.com to track it. The computer is operating Windows XP Pro SP2, Pentium M processor 1400 MHz with 512 MB RAM. Modem from Verizon is Fujitsu Speedport and the router is a Linksys Wireless-G Broadband router. My employer IS Department suggests a DSL booster to correct the problem. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks, Dana King |

Are you still on 768/128 speed service? If you are, those results are in line with what you should be getting. |
