While I do think that Verizon is pretty good where we are (we have AT&T), I've always questioned the results of any J.D. Power survey simply because the facts usually do not jive with the results. But I think this is the first time I have seen their own test data contradict the results of the study. -- "At the moment of conception."

Maybe that was implied or included in the overall category.
