anon : Service address would be:

838A S. Robb St.
Trinity, TX 75862

Also, thanks MetroT1. I couldn't find my paperwork on our previous conversation. That seems to be a better price than last time (again, best I can remember).

anon : We are still having problems in Trinity, TX using Windstream DSL. Windstream supposedly can't provide us (or my other customers) with T1 much less a reliable DSL.

Since Windstream upgraded their DSL offerings in this area the 1st of July DSL connections have been down more than they've been up (and this is not an exaggeration). I've got business customers that have actually dropped their Windstream (and DSL) landlines because of extremely poor service.

If not T1's, can someone come up with a solution to our problem in Trinity, TX (Riverside, TX also).

The last time I checked with Windstream on a T1 was about 8 months ago. It took them 4 weeks to decide that we couldn't get a T1. One of the local banks has been waiting 4 weeks now to (probably) get the same answer.

HELP!

Phone number to check on is 936-594-xxxx
