| Verizon's network is the best one going. Most mature, most reliable. Their customer service sucks wind. I was with them for over 10 years, and the customer service went down the tubes. I switched to TMO, and while I have dropped calls from time to time, the customer service is the best I've ever encountered. The pricing is just icing on the cake. And should TMO's customer service decline, I'll be switching again. My only loyalty is to myself.
