It looks like they officially started offering it last month, but now most of their phones will likely have it.

Some GSM handsets use TDOA, while others use GPS. Still others use AoA technology to determine your location. It all depends on the manufacturer and how they designed the phone.

Then you'll see the accuracy begin to increase. In other words, if you're sitting somewhere, then you're fine. If you're driving somewhere to meet a hooker, then you might want to be worried.
