So, no indication of how their service is working. yeah I noticed my original AT&T ported to Sunrocket, and now to Ooma still shows the OLD caller ID name on Cavalier... (which is my father's name)
And on verizon, it shows "Unavailable"
Not sure if it is accurate, but I called a business number and my new Caller CNAME shows..

| Ultimately its the terminating carrier that should "dip" or pull the CNAME record for the number calling.... However some carriers do not do this, as each time they dip, it cost money.
My point was CNAME is not free from a service provider's standpoint. |
