thats a good idea but they're to busy coming up with new lies to trick people their existing service instead of expanding or upgrading the current infrastructure. have i mentioned how much embarq pisses me off? the trend i noticed is if you call them and they can't sell you something your nothing to them not helpful at all and they never call you back, it would be a waste of time!
oh yea you are treated like rural trash from these company's.i called up at&t to ask about dsl and they said be patient it was coming in which they have told me for 8 years,so i said ok just cut off my pots i don't use it not paying for nothing,and when you get dsl to me i will cut it back on.there was no wish you would stay,or sure you want to do that just ok and cut it off
