Web Page Adjustment ~ Help needed

I want to make a small adjustment on my website to the HTML code to make a small section go from check boxes to 3 drop down list with 3 columns. I can make the drop down list but the 3 columns are not lining up correctly thus can use some advice / help. If anyone can provide insight IM privately and I will send page the web page URL in question.
