Use the monitor controls to shrink the vertical height... you oughttta eventually see it.<br><br><b><u>HANDY HINT:</u></b> You can run "just about anything that can be run", by Ctrl-Alt-Del, to bring up the Task Manager, click the "Applications" tab (if need be), and there is a button on the bottom that says "New Task...". <br><br>-NK]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/677602"><b>ChiTang</b></A> : Does it locks up?<br>Can he move the mouse?<br>Can he bring task manager and C if anything sucking up CPU power?<br><br>I would try a CHKDSK before.<br><br>While reformat/reinstall is a ultimate trump card, I only use it as last sort. Make sure he backups his data and make sure he has everything for a reformat, install CD, apps, drivers, keys, etc...<br><small>--<br><b>I used to be indecisive, now I am not sure.</b></small>]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/601096"><b>NYR11</b></A> : A friend had his Dell computer sujected to a power surge recently. He called Dell and they went throgh a "Repair" install after backing up his files. All was fine until the next day when he went to re-boot his machine. After the re-boot there is no Taskbar showing and he cannot open some programs when clicking its icon. Is there a fix for this or just reformat?<br><small>--<br>"It's a nice day if you wake up in Disneyland"</small>]]></description>
