[Internet] Bell throtting Ventrilo again?

Last lil while at times after 5pm or so the vent ping goes all out of wack, like 23000 ping, seems to happen almost everyday. Anyone else had this problem?

I remember bell did this before and someone looked into it and fixed it, well its back again...
