Re: HAH Sure, congestion can happen on any network. Even with seriously heavy use, I think it would be really hard (maybe even impossible) for a single subscriber to severly disrupt service for other subscribers on a pure fiber network like what happens on a hybrid cable network.
Keep in mind, cost isn't the reason Comcast has given over the years for implementing the cap. Then again, how much is a liar's word worth?
