| Earthlink -surprises ELNK is maybe smelling the coffee. I recently received a call form True-Voice support and was given an unpublished number and pin to escalate my ongoing VOIP issues. Seems I told the agent on my last bout that I enjoy ELNK's offering but the reliability just isn't there and that I would have to go with a different provider because of the lack of reliability. "Maybe" ELNK is listening to it customers- the person calling was articulate and spoke English well enough for this 50% deaf dude to understand. Now if they could only partner with someone that had an infrastructure that could deliver a Internet connection that is just a cut above miserably unreliable |
