Hi,
I am showing port 25 is still blocked on the account. Our tier2 department has made attempts to contact her about the issue and has been unable to get in touch with her. |

My sister's husband followed all my instruction, and the result he got when he did telnet mail.domain.com 25 (that's my smtp server, uses "mail" not "smtp") was "connection failed."
When I did it from my computer at my house that exact command worked fine.
So I am guessing that port 25 hasn't yet been opened. |

To tell if port 25 is open have her open up a command prompt and type telnet smtp.yourdomain.com 25. If the connection opens successfully then it is enabled.
