| I have TWC HSI from ELNK And I like it just fine. It's cheaper than TWC offering of $45/m when you bundle phone or TV. I can go to the local TWC office in downtown to get the modem replaced when it dies. I get to keep my @earthlink.net emails addresses for my self and parents (main reason I stick around). Earlier this year I got upgraded to 8/768 when TWC FINALLY stated offering more than just a 6/348 tier. And I still pay $41.95 just like I did 5+ years ago.
I do wish they would move CS back to the US, that was great, but I haven't needed to call them since mid last year. |

1 edit | When I worked there we were told to say that Earthlink is not a part of the Church of Scientology. While they may have connections to the Church of Scientology in the past, Sky has sold a lot of his stock in the company and has no say in the day to day running of the company anymore. So their may not be anymore connections to Earthlink from the Church, I chould be wrong. |
